OpenSRS operates on a top-up system, alike to a pre-paid mobile, so you just need to keep your account topped up and this amount needs to be in USD

In most cases your able to arrange that domains are auto-renewed and ones you don't want to renew to expire, marked as do not renew

If you'd prefer your card to be charged for renewals, please contact support as we are looking into this possibility

If you do not remember your password, please click here

If you do not remember your username, please search your email for your username for this.  To find out the prices of domains, please check there price list, here

Using this system, you can renew domains for more than one year, up to a maximum of 10 years.  If you find yourself forgetting your username, we'd highly recommend valuable domains to be renewed for more than one year

You will receive emails to tell you that your domain needs to be renewed, the subject line will say "Renewal Failure Notice" and the sender will be "noreply@opensrs.email"

As well as that you'll receive an email with the subject line "WHOIS Data Confirmation for" followed by your domain name, this is to ensure that your details are up to date

When you register a domain you will also receive an email with the subject line "Important: Please confirm your contact details" you'll need to click on the link and that link starts with "https://approve.domainadmin.com/registrant/" this is to confirm to your email address and the details that procedure can be found here

Naturally if you receive a confirmatory email for a domain you've not registered then you should create a ticket for support and we will investigate.  If you have registered a new domain around two weeks ago and it's stopped "working" then chances are you've not confirmed your domain as detailed above
