Phishing/Scam emails - Webmail

We have recently received information about phishing emails in regard to cPanel's webmail system

These have included needing to:

• "update" your webmail
  
  
• "confirm" or "update" your password
  
  
• arrange for the receiving of "queued" emails
  
  

Firstly, cPanel will update webmail and if there are queued emails the server will automatically attempt to redeliver these, besides, if your email account is full, how did you just receive the phishing email saying you have queued emails?

A scammer would love to get their hands on your username and password, so they can log into your account and send spam from it - please don't fall for "confirm" your password phish/scam

It is possible that cPanel would ask you to update your password, but you'd see this after logging in - it wouldn't be in an email sent to your account
